At Dinocon, attendees embraced their inner dinosaur by dressing up as their favorite prehistoric creatures instead of the usual academic conference attire. While browsing through the different dinosaur-themed booths, we couldn't resist trying out dinosaur-shaped Jell-O, lava cakes, and asteroid cookies (though some considered the latter a bit insensitive!). However, we were disappointed not to spot a Dilophosaurus among the crowd. Determined to rectify this, we embarked on creating a Dilophosaurus costume that would do justice to this underrepresented dinosaur.
